EVESHAM >> On May 14, Evesham Township Police Officers responded to the South Jersey Fertility Clinic, 400 Lippincott Drive here, for a report of narcotics stolen from the facility.
Initial investigation revealed that an unknown subject(s) entered a medication lock-box, stealing 60 doses of Fentanyl.
The investigator assigned to the case, determined that a new employee, Amanda Alexander, 30, of Gibbstown had stolen the medication and on four (4) separate occasions prescribed herself pain medications utilizing a doctor’s electronic prescription account.
Alexander was arrested and charged with four counts of third degree Obtaining Narcotics by Fraud, third degree Possession of Narcotics and two counts of third degree Theft of Medications. She was released on her own recognizance.
