MEDFORD >> Lenape High School TV Broadcasting Technology III students Bryce Reece and Jalen Sampson placed second in the country in the "Humorous Segment" category in the 2019 Student Television Network Nationals competition. Their segment, "Mr. Lenape 2019" was produced in February and aired on the Lenape Live morning show in order to promote the annual senior class event.

The STN Nationals are presented annually by Student Television Network in 12 categories. The awards are presented in recognition of excellence in scholastic broadcast television and film. They honor the special skills and unique talents of broadcasting and film students from across the nation. Currently, Student Television Network works with over 400 schools all year long to support teachers and their students in broadcast journalism, film and multimedia. Peyton Ebbeson is the advisor of the Lenape Television club and teaches the advanced Television Broadcasting Technology classes at Lenape.
